We currently offer shipping within the EU and select international destinations. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary based on your location.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

4. Order Tracking

6. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact our support team at humivora45@outlook.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
